My name is Joe Buscemi and I want to buy and run a business for the long run.

My hat’s off to the entrepreneur who started a business, operated, grew, and nurtured it in the face of every obstacle that presents itself at every turn of the adventure. I am looking to buy this business and continue its vision and legacy over the long run.

I believe that small businesses are a vital part of the community. I believe they can be a vehicle for change – improving the lives of those that operate it, the community it resides in, and the people it serves all while generating a cash flow for its owners. A hugely unique occurrence.

For the past 12 years I’ve been a line producer for television, digital media, and feature film. Far from a Hollywood bigshot, I handle the logistics and budgets for projects between a few thousand dollars – $12 million. For the first 10 years I was a freelancer hopping from project to project. Which is like starting a small business every few months.

The scrappy nature of these types of projects require production to be very lean, fast and efficient. Like the old adage, cheap, fast, or good – pick 2. I am now able to deliver all 3. It’s not because I’m great, or even good, it’s because I make sure the teams I put in place know what they are getting into, have the resources they need, and have the ability to execute. It requires trust on both sides.

Now I’m on the corporate side and it has given me new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. I have insight to ROI and have KPIs to target, track and hit. I have been able to take my scrappy approach and apply it to larger departmental needs, while being able to allow my team to flourish and create efficiencies that only they can see. This strategy has been fruitful as all of our projects have come in or under budget.

I now look to bring my knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to a business that I can operate and who’s legacy I can grow.

I really hope to work with you and bring both of our visions into reality.

Thank You!
